Workshop policy:

Workshop Time

Please arrive 15 - 30 minutes before the start time so that you can settle in and get comfortable, as the workshop will begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

Booking and Payment

All fees are to be paid by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) at the time of booking. If this is not possible, Jacinta requests fees are paid a minimum of 48 hours before your workshop.

If money is an issue, please let her know, and she can arrange a pre-paid plan with you.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

Workshop Fee/Deposit is non-refundable. If cancellations are made more than two weeks in advance, the deposit can be transferred to a different workshop session if spots are available. Workshop Fee/Deposit is only transferrable for one time.

Covid

If, for any reason, due to COVID-19 restrictions Victoria, the workshop will not go ahead on the arranged date, it will be rescheduled to another date later in the year. All bookings and payments will be transferred; NO refunds will not be given.
