The Wild Voice

We warmly invite you to an intimate Wild Voice one-day workshop in Castlemaine. With the songbird sisters, Jacinta Percy (The Sound Weaver) and Sophia Tuv touring from Israel.

Sophia Tuv and I have combined our teachings and voice work to bring you the “Wild Voice” workshops, a gift of love and coming together.


This one-day voice and sound workshop invites you to explore the raw wilderness and harmonious nature that lives deep within you. It will allow you to uncover the hidden, honest beauty at the heart of your unique voice and expression.


The Wild Voice workshop will gently guide you to explore your voice, body, breath, and sound in a playful, non-judgmental space. That will allow you to let go of limiting beliefs and open you to the simple joy and freedom of expressing your naked, imperfect, Wild Voice.


The Wild Voice workshop is a one-day voice and sound immersion. This workshop is for all voices with no experience necessary. There is a limited capacity of 25 people.

At Centre of You, we’re committed to the consistent offering of monthly Kirtan. A space to ground and connect through ceremony and devotional chanting among community.

In the creation of a nurturing, beautiful, ceremonial space, Grace of Centre of You will begin the evening with a heartfelt offer of the heart-opening medicine of Guatemalan Ceremonial Cacao.

Drinking cacao intentionally connects us into our heart, and this guided ceremony, when coupled with the co-created devotional music to follow, will make for easeful access to a deep state of connective bliss.

Be then led by our musicians for the evening, Jessica, Jacinta and Paul, with the sounds of harmonium, guitar, tabla and melodica into experiencing the blissful, rejuvenating power of the yogic practice of Kirtan: mantra and music.

Kirtan, or call and response devotional chanting, is a meditative practice to move you into the heart space. Connect to your breath, give the mind a break and immerse yourself in soul-nourishing, uplifting, high vibrational sound.

This particular event lands on Mother’s Day. Mother’s Day carries with it a spectrum of associated emotions. Joy, longing, grief, love, resistance, warmth, animosity, presence...

You’re invited to create a space for yourself to connect into the energy of the mother - biological mother, mother figure/s, your role of mother/mother figure to another/others and your inner-mother in your role as inner-parent.

You’re invited to allow and witness all that arises. When we watch our arising emotions through the lens of unconditional love and acceptance, we enable our own healing and integration.

The Breath of Life workshop is an experiential 3-hour session. It is for singers, performers, public speakers, communicators and those who want to gain and strengthen their relationship with their breath, life, art and craft. This workshop is for you to explore your NATURAL breath and life force.

The exercises given will allow you to drop deeply into the softness of your skin. To observe how your body is breathing. So you can slowly and steadily cultivate a relationship with your breather and inspiration — guided on a journey through the anatomy of the breathing mechanism from the diaphragm to the abdomen, the pelvic floor, as well as simple guided meditations on the breath and gentle sounding.

Once you understand the mechanism and function, you can begin to work with your breath in an increasingly meaningful way.

All levels, bodies, and backgrounds are welcome in the space.
