Dear Students and Friends,
I sing because my heart calls to my soul to remember the way home. Thank you for hearing the call this year.
As I reflect on the year passed, time slows down. The many faces I see now echo in my heart, and I hear voices that once were now transformed forever. The gift of teaching is seeing people without masks and armour. Seeing the truth of who one is and waiting for the moment when one feels comfortable enough to reveal themselves to themselves, with me as a witness.
I pray for all voices to be free, for all ears to be willing hearers, for bodies to soften, melting away armour and defence, and for life to be consciously received and given, remembering one’s aliveness can be felt and expressed now.
I am grateful for all that I have heard and witnessed. For all the tension and pain, the sorrow and longing for all the freedom and joy. I give thanks for all of it. I give thanks for this body that is a living instrument expressing all life. May the light always shine.
I thank all my teachers, alive and past: Anne Miller, Vicky Roussel, Mira Melton (deceased), Eoin McCarthy, Rebekah Luisse, Amit Carmeli, Surya, Manish Kumar and Channa Dasanyaka. I honour the knowledge and wisdom they have shared with me. May you continue to be a flowing river of this knowledge.
I am taking a 6-week break over the Christmas/New Year’s period from 17th December to 29th January.
Bookings are NOW open for Term 1, 2023!

Soirée 2022
To all that came and performed at the end of year Soirée, it was a privilege and honour! There was so much open willingness and transformation of fear to joy. I heard from so many people how much love and safety was in space, and that is all thanks to you!
Thank you to everyone that came and helped set up/ pack down, bought food and made the space a magical floral land. Your energy brought life to the space and embraced everyone that entered. I couldn't have done it without you. Thank you, Megan Gamble, for generously donating your beautiful space for the soiree. May the goodness permeate the walls, air and all who enter.
