Recently, I’ve had people ask what my word for the year is or what my intentions are. I hadn’t spent any time feeling into this before they had asked me. A week later, I was talking to a friend when she started talking about the cycles of life, and I realised I had reached the cutting-down-and-composting cycle. The plant has grown, blossomed and given all it could. I feel that I am now cutting myself back, composting the stems and leaves, removing the seeds, storing them in the dark, and waiting for the right season of the cycle to plant them. A time to rest quietly in the dark so I can meet aspects of life I have never known and allow the energy of the seed to slowly find its emergence and become anew when it’s time.

Chanting & Mantra
Currently, time is limited, and I can’t fit chanting circles into the schedule. The weekly Harmonium & Kirtan group is still happening, with 4-5 people each week for 8 weeks per term, and is currently BOOKED OUT.
Workshops
Song & Sound Term 1 this year is not going ahead. I will release the times for Term 2 and Term 4 very soon. Both terms will be 8 weeks long. Beginners Singing Group
A small group of four will meet this term at my home studio on Tuesday nights from 6.00 to 7.45 PM for eight weeks. This is also BOOKED OUT for Term 1.
