Autumn! My favourite time of year, with a light that warms the heart and nourishes the spirit. This term has flown by, and I have had the gift to watch people dive and explore depths and parts of themselves not before uncovered; it has been a gift and honour.
Easter Holidays 10th - 25th April.
Private Lessons
Term 2 private classes begin on Tuesday 26th April. Classes can be in person or online, your choice.
A reminder that my cancellation and rescheduling policy is 48 hours.
As we head into flu season, I need you all to be mindful of my policy. I know people get sick on the day of their lesson; if you are well enough, I recommend having your lesson online; if you are too ill, you will, unfortunately, have to forfeit your lesson. I also ask people not to come into the studio if they have flu symptoms, sore throat, cough, runny nose or fever.
If you need a reminder of the policy, the link is on your booking confirmation email and website.

A Blessing of Solitude
This last term, John O’Donohue has been a brilliant teacher of wisdom, mysticism, and connection. His words resonate with me deeply as he is from the West coast of Ireland, where many of my ancestors once roamed; hearing him speak opens my spirit to explore the inner and outer landscapes of life that I feel and know to be true more deeply.
Here is a link to the last interview he ever did with Krista Tippett; he passed away in 2008. I highly recommend listening to it…
