Winter is officially upon us, and I know as a teacher of voice how important it is to look after myself during this time of year. If I eat the wrong foods or go out with the wrong clothes on or have too many late nights, my voice suffers terribly, and I am unable to share my work.

SOIRÉE 2018 GRATITUDE

END OF YEAR GRATITUDE & SOIRÉE 2025

Wooooo, what a big last few months it has been for me and all those who have been coming into the studio. Life has been really asking us to step up, be brutally honest, hold firm boundaries, and trust in the bigger picture. People have been diving to such depths this year; the year of shedding has been fully alive.
